Last Lecture of HW801...!!!

Finally, it was the last lecture of this module, HW801, in special semester 1. Well, it was a interesting but difficult to score subject. If u loved language and would like to know more about it. No doubt, this module will suit u the best! hahax. There is really a couple of reading that are required to be read for examination. Anyway, i enjoyed attending those past lessons conducted, especially those videos shown during the lectures. They were fabulous. i liked the video on Helen Keller the most followed by the documentary of KO KO, the gorilla. In these videos, i have learnt that indeed we cannot do without language, no matter who we are or what we are regardless of human or animal or insect. In fact, the usage of language is the key to communication. Well, it seems absurd right? hahax. Anyway, today's video was about writing. It was the most boring video in the whole module, i fall asleep 3 times. Opps, shouldn't have done it, but i was too tired at that moment.However, the lecture about Singlish was an interesting one. Although it was a teaser, i listened quite attentively to what the lecturer said. Well, it's amazing right? Topic not tested, yet never dozed off. hahaX. So, 'Singlish, no good meh?' hahax. Govt regard this as a corrupted English language, but we see it in sitcom during the SARS crisis in 2003. isn't ironic? here the videoclip by PCK advocating the prevention of SARS hahax. interesting one isn't it. Anyway, it was quite a relax day for me. Tonight, i finally can sleep early and wake up late on the next morning. hee. niTex.=)
